Inquiry Records: Retained for 1 year after resolution for dispute resolution.
Account Data: Permanently deleted immediately upon account deletion request.

3. Third-Party Provision and Overseas Transfer

We consign and provide information to top-tier global CSPs and AI vendors to provide the best services.

Supabase Inc. / Vercel Inc. (USA): Cloud database hosting and infrastructure operation.
Google LLC (USA): Social login authentication and traffic analysis (Google Analytics).
OpenAI LLC (USA): Processing AI model responses based on query data provided by users. (User's data is NOT trained on OpenAI's models pursuant to API contracts).

4. Limitation of Liability and User Responsibility

While we enforce strict security measures, we hold no liability for any data breaches or damages caused by user negligence (e.g., leaked passwords, use of highly public PCs) or external hacking incidents not caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.In particular, users are solely responsible for managing confidential data or trade secrets voluntarily inputted while using the AI consulting chatbot.
