Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Article 1 (Purpose and Definition of Services)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between NexusForce ("we," "us," or "our") and the users ("you") regarding the use of AI consulting, data automation (ETL), web development, and custom B2B IT solutions.

Article 2 (Service Modification and Suspension)

We provide B2B services optimized for your business. However, services may be modified or entirely suspended without prior notice due to internal circumstances, changes in third-party API policies (e.g., OpenAI, Cloud Providers), or unforeseen outages.We hold absolute no legal liability or obligation to compensate for any direct or indirect business losses resulting from such modifications or suspensions.

Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights)

The copyright and intellectual property rights of the foundational technologies, frameworks, and architecture behind all deliverables provided to the client (including source codes, AI prompts, data pipeline structures) remain strictly and exclusively with us.

Clients are granted a "license to use" the deliverables only within the agreed scope. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, secondary processing, reverse engineering, or resale to third parties without our explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and will result in strict legal action.

Article 4 (Strict Non-Refund Policy)

Our services consist of custom-built IT solutions and consulting tailored specifically for each client. Therefore, once payment is completed and work has commenced (even 1% of planning, design, or server setup), NO REFUNDS (full or partial) will be issued under any circumstances.By completing the payment, you acknowledge that you have sufficiently reviewed the proposed scope of work and accept these terms.

Article 5 (User Obligations and Restrictions)

Users are strictly prohibited from using our systems to process illegal data, deploy malicious bots for crawling, or generate abnormal traffic that causes server overloads. Violations will result in immediate and permanent account suspension without warning, and the user will be billed for all infrastructure recovery costs.

Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

We shall not be liable for damages incurred by the user due to the following reasons:

Legal disputes or damages caused by errors, omissions, or illegality of data provided by the client.
Business misjudgments or financial losses resulting from inaccuracies or biases in responses provided by external AI models (e.g., OpenAI).
Service paralysis caused by force majeure, DDoS attacks, or telecommunication provider outages.
